Music for Well-being


You know how music can make you feel great. Turns out that's not just you imagining it - the science backs it up. 

Music can help ease pain, improve physical workout, reduce stress, relieve depression symptoms and improve cognitive function.

We are running individual and group sessions in Ipswich of Music for Well-being focusing on singing, improvising and just having fun.

The sessions focus on singing, harmony, rhythm and encourage participation for all abilities. If you want to get a bit more music into your life come and try out one of our Music for Well-being sessions.
